Dr. Charles Buckle BDS, DipRestDent RCSJanuary 9, 2017
Dear Sir / Madam
It is a great pleasure to take this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Charlie Buckle and I feel very fortunate to have been given the opportunity to be Bill’s successor as Partner of Euston Place Dental Practice when he retires in the New Year.
I am aware that I have a lot to live up to! I know some of you will have been Bill’s patients for many years and some even for his whole career. I would like you to know that I feel very passionate about ensuring an easy transition and I am determined to provide an ongoing high level of care, compassion and dedication to you all. I have worked closely with both Doug and Paul, other Partners at the Practice, in the past and I am really looking forward to joining the team.
I grew up in Warwickshire and attended Warwick School before going to University at Bristol. I graduated as a Dentist in 2001 and then returned here to start my career.I have mostly been based in Stratford upon Avon, where I have worked in a practice caring for the same patients for almost 15 years. During this time, I have also spent a year working in The Royal Gwent Hospital, where I gained a great deal of oral surgery experience and spent a year in a specialist practice in Bristol where I was inspired to follow my interests in Restorative Dentistry and Implantology. I have subsequently completed a Diploma in Restorative Dentistry and am currently undertaking a Diploma in Implant Dentistry along with both Paul and Doug.
My main focus however, is in the overall continuing care of my patients and the many years that I have spent working in same practice, has certainly helped me to develop these skills to a high level.
I now live in Stratford upon Avon with my wife and 2 young children who certainly keep us busy and entertained! In my personal life, I enjoy many sports, but particularly running and cycling. I am now a retired player of Kenilworth Rugby club, but still have a great love of the sport and am currently enjoying watching my son’s enthusiasm for Rugby blossom too.
I really look forward to meeting you and getting to know you all in due course. If you have any questions or queries, please don’t hesitate to contact me via the practice.
